Delicious

For me this is not at all like Ricotta but I think it's delicious and I really love it. It's become a staple for us. I eat it on toast with eggs and slices of fresh tomato. My husband adds some to sauces. It has a great smooth texture and tangy flavor.

muy buen sabor

muy rico sabor, bien suave para untar en pan. No tiene grumos si no tiene textura de queso crema, y un tanto acidito. Lo recomiendo con las bagels de masa madre y un jamon o salmon.
